Get Your Sh*t Together With Food

Any thought on why we can be so disciplined with regard to some things and not others. I make sure to do something physical daily; gym, biking, walking, hiking. I cannot seem to discipline myself to eat the way I should to get into the body I want. I know I will feel better, have more confidence and be healthier, but I just can't pull it together.

JOURNALING PROMPTS:

Once I do this, that will mean...
And then I will no longer be able to...
Even though I say that I want to do this, both to myself and others, secretly I believe...
And deep down I've grown to like the point that I'm at because...
And if I leave this point, that will mean...
And so, I can't allow that to happen because...
But…
Holding on to this is making me feel…
And that's just not worth it because...
So, if I let this go and commit to one small change, what would that look like?
And what would be possible then?
And I can make all of this easier by doing this...
