How To Stick With It
Hi Kylie, thank you so much for f the scale. The course is changing my life! However, I still struggle with sticking to my goals. I want to lose the 15kg I gained during lockdown a few years ago but I struggle to stick with it. I have tried other diets but have never gained success until I found you – I’m 3.7kg down since starting f the scale 2 months ago but I should be further along by now. I do great for a day or two then I either break my plan or have an all-out binge. How can I make your eating codes stick?
