The Ultimate Smashed Avo

How It's done:


2 ripe avocados, stone and skin removed
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp dukkah
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients except fetta in a medium mixing bowl and smash to combine with a fork. Stir through crumbled fetta and serve on toast with strawberries and balsamic vinegar.
