Matcha Green Tea Chia Pudding

How It's done:


2 teaspoons green matcha powder
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon maple or brown rice malt syrup
Shredded coconut for topping


Whisk together matcha powder and coconut milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Add chia seeds and maple or brown rice syrup and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for an hour or overnight. Top with shredded coconut or toppings of your choice.
