Chocolate Oatmeal Chia Oats

How It's done:


1 cup rolled GF oats
2 cups almond milk
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or brown rice malt syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds


Combine all the ingredients on the stovetop and whisk to combine whilst bringing to a boil (don't stop whisking). Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 mins or until oats are creamy (they will get thicker as they cool). Top with your favourite fruits to serve.
