Chocolate Banana Waffles

How It's done:

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup oat flour
1 Cup nut milk
1 Ripe banana
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cacao powder
4 tablespoons melted coconut oil (cooled)
Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a blender, add milk, banana and coconut oil and blitz until combined (approx. 5-10 seconds). Add eggs and pulse in 1-second increments so as not to over-mix. Add oat flour, baking powder, cacao powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and then blitz to create a smooth batter. Pour the batter into heated waffle iron and cook through before placing cooked waffles on a cooling rack to crisp (they harden as they cool down). Top with fresh berries and 3 ingredient chocolate sauce to serve.
