Basic Breakfast Chia Pudding

How It's done:


1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tbsp honey (optional)


Mix chia seeds, coconut milk and honey together in a small bowl or glass mason jar and let set in the fridge overnight. In the morning, layer with fresh berries, chopped nuts, GF muesli, shredded coconut and coconut yoghurt.
