Yoghurt & Honey Tiramisu


How It's done:


1/2 cup espresso coffee, hot
1/4 cup ccoca powder
2 cups plain greek yoghurt
4-6 tbsp honey
14-18 ladyfinger cookies
Cocoa powder, for dusting


Combine the coffee, cocoa powder and 2 tbsp honey with a whisk and set aside. In a separate bowl, whip the yoghurt with the remaining honey. Dip the cookies into the coffee mix to soak them, then layer the cookies and yoghurt mixture in serving glasses. Top with a final layer of yoghurt and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Dust the surface of the dessert with cocoa powder to serve.
