Superfood Bliss Balls

How It's done:

Ingredients

1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
1 cup walnuts
1/3 cup organic cacao powder
1/3 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup goji berries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Instructions

Soak the Medjool dates in just enough boiling water to cover for 10 minutes. Remove dates from the water and set them aside. Add all ingredients, except dates, to the food processor and pulse until combined. Add dates to the mixture and pulse again until combined. When the mix is firm, roll into balls and cover with extra shredded coconut, cacao powder or your favourite superfoods. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
