Paleo Choc Cherry Muffins

How It's done:

Ingredients

2 bananas, peeled and mashed
4 free- range eggs
1/2 cup dried sour cherries
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup organic cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (or more if desired)
1 tablespoon cacao butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 celsius. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, coconut cream, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined. Depending on the size of your bananas, you may need to add a little more coconut cream if the batter is too thick. Spoon mixture into greased or lined muffin tins and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through
