Holy Cacao Bliss Balls

How It's done:


1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/3 cup organic cacao powder
1/3 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 tablespoon organic honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon gluten-free oats


Soak Medjool dates in just enough boiling water to cover for 10 minutes or until soft. Remove dates from the water and set them aside. Add all ingredients (except dates) to the food processor and pulse to combine. Add dates and pulse again. When the mix is firm, roll into balls and cover with extra shredded coconut, cacao powder or your fav superfoods. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
