Easy Chocolate Mousse

How It's done:


2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp rice malt syrup or honey
6 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water to soften
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
2 teaspoons chia seeds


Combine all ingredients in your food processor and blend until combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Psst... You can make your chocolate mousse thicker by adding your own good-quality chocolate of choice.
