Creamy Chickpea Hummus

How It's done:


400g organic chickpeas, rinsed well and drained
3 tablespoons organic tahini
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 fresh garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika (plus extra to garnish)
Sea or rock salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil to serve


Add all ingredients to your food processor and combine until smooth and creamy. Add extra lemon juice or a small amount of filtered water if hummus is too thick. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of sweet paprika to serve.
