Coconut & Cherry Crepes

How It's done:

Ingredients

6-8 crepes
Coconut yoghurt
Cherries, fresh or canned

Crepes Ingredients

1 cup plain flour
1 tsp caster sugar
240ml nut or cow milk
2 eggs

Instructions

Place crepe ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth (you can also use a food processor for this). On the stovetop, pour a small amount of the mixture into a heated and greased pan and tilt the pan so the crepe covers the base. Cook for approx 1 min or until the base is golden then use a spatula to flip and repeat the process. When all the crepes are cooked, top with coconut yoghurt and cherries to serve.
