Berry Yoghurt Popsicles

How It's done:


2 cups fresh or frozen berries
2 tbsp honey, agave or rice malt syrup
2 cups plain coconut yogurt (you can use flavoured if you prefer)


Blend the berries to a smoothie consistency, fold in the yoghurt and sweetener, place into popsicle moulds, add sticks and freeze overnight.
