3 Ingredient Walnut Cookies

How It's done:


1 cup quick rolled oats
2 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup crushed walnuts (plus extra whole walnuts for topping)


Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper, top each cookie with a walnut half and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until just golden brown.
