Tropical Sunset Smoothie

How It's done:


1 orange peeled & cut into chunks
1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
2 bananas, frozen
3/4 cup coconut or almond milk
1 medium-sized carrot, peeled & cut into chunks
1/4 cup pineapple chunks (optional)
2 teaspoons avocado (optional)


Blitz all ingredients together. You can substitute the orange juice for coconut water if the juice is too sweet or add a spoon of chia seeds to make a delicious tropical desert.
