How It's done:
Ingredients
5 cups of baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1 pear, chopped
1 small knob of ginger
2 cups of filtered water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Instructions
Blitz all ingredients together. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
