Summer Lovin Smoothie

How It's done:
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup chopped pineapple (skin removed)
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 small beetroot (optional, but super nutritious)
1 kale leaf1 tsp coconut oil
2 cups coconut water
1/2 cup ice
Instructions
Blitz all ingredients together. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
