Raspberry Chia Crush

How It's done:


1/2 cup ice
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen grapes (or other berries)
2-3 teaspoons chia seeds

1 tsp fresh lemon juice
I teaspoon cacao nibs for topping


Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz away. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve immediately.
