Mango & Cinnamon Smoothie

How It's done:


2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup plain coconut yogurt
1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
1/2 tablespoon honey or rice malt syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Splash of filtered water
1 teaspoon lime juice


Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz. Serve immediately.
