How It's done:

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1 cup coconut water

Instructions

Blitz all ingredients in a blender. Will keep in the fridge for 24 hours.
