How It's done:

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1 red apple, cored and chopped
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup plain greek yoghurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoons of honey

Instructions

Blitz all ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately.
