Salted Caramel Sauce

How It's done:


6-8 soft Medjool dates, pitted
1/3 cup filtered water
Pinch rock salt


Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on low for 20 seconds slowly increasing the speed and continue to blend for a further 60 seconds or until a thick sauce has formed (you may need extra water at this point). Use as a sweetener for smoothies, as a spread or on fresh fruit slices.
