Anti-inflammatory Ginger Tea

How It's done:


3 cups water
1 whole lemon, juice only
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp fresh grated turmeric
1-2 tsp honey
1 pinch of cayenne pepper


Bring all ingredients to a gentle simmer over medium heat and immediately remove from the heat. Pour the liquid through a strainer, then into mugs to serve.
