Zucchini Turkey Burgers

How It's done:


450 g lean ground turkey mince
1 1/2 cups zucchini, shredded
1 tsp cumin
1 garlic clove, peeled and grated
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt


Add ground turkey, zucchini, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper to a large bowl and mix well. Form patties (flattening them a little as you go). Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the patties to stick together. On the stovetop, heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add the burgers, cooking slowly with 1 tsp oil. Flip and repeat until all burgers are cooked through. Remove and drain on a paper towel before adding veg to serve.
