Sweet Potato Wedges

How It's done:


3 medium sweet potatoes, skin on & washed
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, stems removed & finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper


Preheat the oven to 200°c. Combine all seasonings including the oil in a small bowl and set aside. Slice potatoes into wedges and toss in the seasoned oil. Place wedges on a tray lined with oven-proof paper and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Served with your choice of dips.
