Roasted Chickpea & Avo Wrap

How It's done:


440g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried with a paper towel
1 cup cauliflower florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
3 tsp mixed spices (such as chilli powder, cumin, curry powder, smoked paprika)


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Toss the chickpeas and cauliflower with olive oil, salt and chosen spices. Roast in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes shaking the pan every 5-10 minutes. Remove when the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy on the outside. Add to GF wraps with avocado dip and natural yoghurt to serve.
