Ingredients

1 cup brown rice, cooked
1/2 avocado
Pickled cabbage
Watermelon radish
Takuan (pickled yellow radish)
Beetroot chunks
Chives

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and top with your favourite dressing to serve.
