Easy Cheesy Tuna Patties

How It's done:


425g can tuna, drained
1/2 onion, peeled and diced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
10 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp oregano flakes
Salt and pepper to taste


In a large bowl, beat eggs then add lemon juice, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Gently fold through tuna and onion until combined. Add salt and pepper then shape tuna mix into patties. On the stovetop, heat oil and fry patties until golden brown and cooked through (approx 5 mins per side)
