Cream Cheese & Dill Salmon Dip

How It's done:


200g smoked salmon
100g cream cheese
1 tbsp white horseradish
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed


Add all ingredients to a food processor (except salmon and dill) and blitz until combined. Gently fold through salmon and dill. Season with salt and pepper and serve with crusty bread or crackers.
