Cheesy Tuna Toast Toppers


How It's done:


200g can tuna, drained
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp gherkins or pickles, chopped
Handful fresh parsley for topping
Handful grated cheese for topping
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of bread of your choice


Combine tuna, mayo, pickles, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mash lightly with a fork. Spoon onto sliced bread, top with cheese, and place under the grill until cheese is melted. Top with parsley to serve.
