Basil Baby Tomatoes

How It's done:


2 cups baby tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste


In a small bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice and set aside. Rinse and halve the tomatoes, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil and lemon dressing. Add a of dash chilli flakes for extra zing.
