When you believe that you have to do it all (perfectly) life gets a little overwhelming and we often eat to delay living our lives. We eat to soothe the anxiety of the tasks before us, but all it does is make us feel less and less in control.

Release yourself from having to “get it perfect”. Near enough really is good enough and it’s certainly better than you, face down in a bucket of Dunkin Donuts.
