Remember why you started. If it all starts to get a bit much and those chocolate eclairs are calling your name at 2am, take a pause and remember why you started. Think about what you want even more than nibbling on a chockie eclair… you want a body you can feel comfortable in, you want to be free from the anxiety of worrying about what to eat at the next family BBQ so you don’t gain weight, you want to jump out of bed each morning feeling good about yourself. Keep your eye on the Why and then give those eclairs to the neighbour!
